Shipping & Delivery
Unless otherwise stated on the product description page, orders within the US under $100 ship at a flat rate of $9.99, and orders within the US that are $100+ ship free. For international orders, we will contact you regarding shipping charges. Orders within the US usually ship within 2-4 business days. 

Returns & Exchanges
If you need to return an item, please contact us and be sure to include your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. Returns and exchanges must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. We are not responsible for any returns or exchanges that are damaged or lost in transit on the way back to us. We recommend that you insure your returns and ship your items using a method that provides you with a tracking number.

Damaged Shipments
Contact us immediately if any part of your order is damaged upon arrival. For damaged items, we will need the following from you: Pictures of all damaged areas of the item(s) and ALL packaging materials. If you fail to produce pictures and/or save all packaging materials we WILL NOT be responsible for ANY damaged items.
